– WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? –
If you wish to return an item to us please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order and we will help guide you through the returns process. Please note that some products may be non-returnable, i.e. any bespoke orders or personalised items
We do not offer a free returns service for unwanted items; therefore the cost of returning items to us is the buyer’s responsibility.
All items will be inspected upon return and they must be in an unused and resalable condition; please note that we are unable to accept the return of pet products that have been tested by animals, please be sure of the product before letting your pets lay upon them.
It is your responsibility to make sure items reach us in an undamaged condition, therefore please make sure returns are securely packaged.
All returns will be subject to a 15% handling charge (unless faulty).
We recommend sending all returns via a tracked delivery service so you can keep an eye on your parcel.
– I’VE CHANGED MY MIND AND DON’T WANT MY ITEM ANYMORE, CAN I RETURN IT? –
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Tilli Textiles, if for some reason this is not the case you are more than welcome to return your item(s) to us.
– WHAT IS THE ADDRESS TO WHICH I RETURN MY UNWANTED ITEMS? –
Please contact us via email to obtain the return address. This is so we can help guide you through the returns process and also so we can keep a filed system of returns and where they are coming from, whilst making sure the correct refunds/replacement items go to the correct customers.
